Through our contract with Charnwood Borough Council and Fusion 21, our local teams have volunteered to help the ARC community hub to refresh their building. ARC is used daily by local community groups including baby and toddler sessions, fitness classes and youth groups.
To help, our local manager surveyed the property and arranged for 10 people to volunteer to paint 4 rooms/spaces for the day. Our local team loved working with ARC and really saw the benefits of volunteering including a sense of team building and delivering added value to the community.
This donation of labour has saved the charity costs which will now enable them to use this money elsewhere in the centre.
