One of our tenant liaison officers, Helen Smith supported the Macmillan coffee morning with Housing and Care 21 in Rochdale. The event raised an amazing £130 for Macmillan. Lisa Cooper, the Housing and Care 21 scheme manager invited Helen to get involved to help to raise money for the charity.
Helen said “Holding a coffee morning was great fun – we invited the Housing and Care 21 tenants and their family round for a cuppa, slice of cake and a chat about the new central heating we had just fitted for them. There’s such a feeling of accomplishment when you see the money you have raised for such a good cause ”
