Our very own Laura Underhill was called upon for her first aid skills this week when a member of staff fell ill at work. PH Jones share an office with our social housing client Midland Heart and on this day a member of their staff fell ill from a temporary medical condition during their pregnancy. Laura immediately provided first aid and called 999, she then stayed to support the lady until the emergency services arrived and her family. We all hope to never have to utilise our first aid training however in this case it became invaluable. Well done Laura!!
