Through our partnership with Onward Homes we have delivered another fantastic project, installing a boiler for The Al-Ghazali Centre. The Al-Ghazali Centre is a charity that offers social, educational and health activities in Liverpool.. The centre helps develop people’s social and learning abilities within a safe environment. Sessions at the centre are always well attended with several programmes oversubscribed, so they are always looking for more space.
The project saw us removing their old boiler and replacing with a Worcester Greenstar 8000 Life 40kW, this took 2 of our engineers 1 day with the help of an electrician. Having this boiler in place means that the community centre can utilise the classrooms and meeting spaces through out winter, generating more income which can be used elsewhere in the community.
Leyla Mashjari, Assistant executive Director commented on the work: “We can’t thank you enough and your organisations for the amazing new boiler. We are so happy with it and so grateful. As a charity, where we can save money on one thing, we can invest it into something else that can support our work and benefit the community, your kind donation will enable us to do that. Its impact will continue to benefit our organisation for many years to come.”
