Position: National Customer Services Manager
Lorraine is an Operations leader with over 35 years’ experience leading large Customer Service Operational Departments in the Insurance Service Sector. Specialising in Customer Service delivery, Sales and Claims functions, Lorraine has worked for several blue chip organisations: Aviva, Esure , Homeserve, joining British Gas part of the Centrica group in 2012.
In 2018 Lorraine moved across to be part of PH Jones Senior Leadership team to lead the PH Jones Customer Service teams, delivering our services across the UK to our Social Housing Clients and their Customers.
Lorraine is responsible for leading the PH Jones Customer Service operation teams across the UK, as well as the Operations Support Team and Finance Team based at our Head Office in Runcorn, Warrington. Lorraine’s key role is to ensure PH Jones delivers a consistent level of customer service to our customers, effectively and efficiently across our customer base.
Lorraine lives in Stockport with her Husband , 3 children and chocolate Lab.
