Position: Operations Director - Service partnering
Andy joined the business in January 2004, having started his career as an apprentice engineer in the Leeds Academy. He worked his way up to engineer success coach and became a front-line leader for British Gas Customer Delivery in 2012. Having led a number of teams across gas and electrical skill sets, Andy transitioned into a leadership coaching role in 2019 as part of the enablement team. Then in March 2021 He joined PH Jones as the Commercial and Performance manager before taking on the role of Operations Director for Service and Partnering within PH Jones.
Andy is passionate about empowering his people, ensuring that they have the skills and tools available to them to do the best for our customers. When not at work Andy enjoys hiking in the countryside and spending time with his wife Vikki and their three children either at their home in the North East or exploring the world together.
