Operations Director - Maintenance
In charge of all aspects of contract delivery for our national servicing and repair contracts, Michael works closely with his Regional Operations Managers and their Contract managers, to ensure that we are continuously meeting client and resident needs and performing to contract KPIs and service standards. He plays a key role in the mobilisation, set-up and delivery of new contracts and is a key contact point for clients when dealing with any key risks or issues, working closely with Branch and Contract Managers.

Michael has extensive experience of working in the social housing and industrial & commercial markets during his 15 years with British Gas. He has overseen the integration of a large number of Registered Social Landlord contracts into the business and understands the importance of working in partnership with our clients to make sure that our contracts deliver best value.
