Wiltshire Council’s property stock includes some geographical challenges, with some of the properties in isolated, rural areas. The contract includes a planned programme of over 550 boiler replacements and upgrades per year. Our maintenance contract is for 4,150 properties with gas, oil and air source heat pumps. We undertake an annual gas inspection and services, day to day gas central heating repairs and maintenance, boiler servicing and repairs to communal systems.
