We provide maintenance services for registered social landlords, local authorities and housing associations including 24-hour breakdown and emergency cover and routine maintenance to multi-fuel appliances. We have a multiskilled directly employed workforce which includes Gas Safe, HETAS and Oftec qualified operatives. Our electricians are accredited to industry standards and all work complies with IEE Wiring Regulations 18th Edition. We also work with a vast network of sub-contractors which include specialists in renewable fuel types.
Our comprehensive responsive repairs service is managed by our dedicated call handlers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They are fully trained in resolving queries raised over the phone and they also manage our webchat service.
Our operatives are well equipped with a tailored van stock of parts to ensure we complete a repair on the first visit. For parts not available on van stock we have full access to the British Gas National Distribution Centre who will guarantee 99.89% will be available first thing the next day. Ensuring minimal inconvenience for our customers.
