Our fully qualified operatives receive comprehensive training to ensure the very highest service standards at all times. We install systems of all sizes, from design to completion for multi fuel types including gas, electrical, oil and renewable fuel options. We also offer electrical rewires and upgrades.

Through long-term relationships with leading manufacturers we can recommend and install innovative products that ensure quality, performance, reliability and efficiency, helping our clients and customers enjoy greater levels of heating comfort and reduced energy bills.

Our operatives fully understand the importance of respecting people and their homes. The customer will be kept informed at all stages of the installation from initial survey to post inspection. We take care in minimising disruption and are committed to leaving homes with a system that is in safe working order with customers that have a full understanding of how to efficiently operate it.

Off grid solutions

For properties which are close, but not connected to the gas grid, PH Jones can help in two ways either using our Fuel Switching preposition – a cost effective way to target fuel poverty through thermal improvement.

Through the fuel switching process, properties are connected to the natural gas grid and a new central heating system is installed, making electric heaters redundant and ensuring properties are upgraded to a SAP rating of 70 and above.

The process involves replacing the inefficient old heating system with a new A-Rated boiler and controls which are extremely efficient. This enables residents to control when and how they heat their properties and provided an opportunity to unlock significant savings on their energy bills.

Or we can install a renewable heating solution installing a heat pump designed to efficiencies in excess of 300%. These solutions can also include micro generation and advanced hot water storage to reduce running costs and carbon emissions even further. We operate fabric first approach where we assess the insulation of the home highlighting any insulation or ventilation improvements required to ensure the home can be as efficient as possible fighting fuel poverty and reducing carbon emissions.
