Colleagues from PH Jones recently came together to support families staying at Ronald McDonald House Charities UK facilities in both Brighton and Birmingham, helping to make a difficult time a little easier for those with seriously ill children in hospital.
Employees from our local teams visited the two Houses, where they learned more about the vital support Ronald McDonald House Charities provides to families who need to stay close to their child’s bedside during treatment. The visits offered an insight into the impact these facilities have on families facing some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
As part of their support, our teams donated and assembled a collection of “grab-and-go” bags containing practical essentials, snacks, toiletries and activities for children. These bags are designed to provide comfort and convenience for parents and family members who may be travelling between hospital wards and accommodation while caring for a loved one.
Through initiatives like this, PH Jones continues to support charities and community organisations that make a positive difference to people’s lives, helping to strengthen the communities in which we live and work every day.
