We have worked as refurbishment contractors for the social housing sector since the early 1990s. Our first social housing refurbishment contract was awarded over 15 years ago and included a central heating replacement programme for Wrexham County Council, who are still our partners today. Presently, our work as social housing refurbishment contractors extends across England, Scotland, and Wales and is delivered from our Regional Offices. Housing refurbishment services can also consist of a combination of cyclical, responsive refurbishment and replacement services, including doors and windows, rendering, and guttering. Our housing refurbishment team also offers renewable energy solutions for the social housing sector.
