We offer a bespoke landlords gas safety package, which is available to private landlords within the North West of England, the Midlands and North Wales, which includes the annual safety inspection and issue of a landlords gas safety certificate.

Landlords gas safety and breakdown package

By law, landlords must ensure gas appliances in properties they let are checked for safety every 12 months. Landlords should also hold a landlords gas safety certificate, also known as a CP12, as evidence that the appliances have been checked and are safe for use.

We have developed a landlords gas safety package tailored specifically to the needs of private landlords, to ensure legal obligations are fulfilled. This includes an annual safety inspection and issue of a landlords gas safety certificate.

What does PH Jones' landlords gas safety and breakdown package include?

PH Jones' landlords gas safety package includes: a gas safety inspection service for one gas appliance, plus a visual check on additional appliances; completion of a landlords gas safety certificate; unlimited cover for call-out, labour, parts and all emergency breakdowns*; no limit* to the number of claims made; priority Breakdown Service; tenants are able to contact us directly to arrange a visit to a breakdown; professional advice if any defects are found; cover available for boilers that are less than ten years old.

How much does it cost?

An all-inclusive landlords gas safety package for less than ten properties would cost £213.00 (inclusive of VAT). If you have more than ten properties, please contact us for a competitive quote.

Although current expansion plans are in place, the landlords gas safety package and landlords gas safety certificate are currently available in Cheshire, Wirral, Shropshire, Manchester, Stockport, Warrington, Chester, North Wales, Birmingham, Wolverhampton and Walsall.
