Health and safety considerations encompass not only our staff and sub-contractors, but also local population within our contract areas, to safeguard both present and future community living.

We are proud of our excellent historical record of health and safety, with a level of accidents well below the average experienced by our industry, and continually aim to improve to achieve the highest standards possible. We take an open and honest proactive approach to safety and believe in sharing ideas, new working practices, updates, and lessons learned with all parties, within and outside the company.

We are committed to improvement and innovation, demonstrated in initiatives such as the implementation of a CPD standard e-learning training system, awarded 'Runner-up' in the Safety Initiative and Training Initiative of the Year at the H&V News Awards 2008.
