The Utilities Division provides services related to the daily use of utilities including gas, electric, water, power and telephone (communication systems).
Working on a national basis in partnership with blue chip companies, local authorities and SMEs, the division places great emphasis on safety, quality and efficiency.

- Domestic meter installations, exchanges, removals and repositions
- Industrial and commercial meter installations, exchanges, removals and repositions - low, medium and high pressure
- Electrical and Instrumentation works for Industrial and Commercial metering services, for example, correctors, data loggers and chatterboxes.
- Prepayment metering
- Supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of gas governors
- Adversarial removals/disconnection (for debt)
- Provision of labour for internal and external gas escapes
- Provision of emergency response services
